Important: Please include our file reference in the payment reference. You can find it in the booking text of our 1-Cent transfer or in our reminder letter. The reference number starts with either the letter “K” or “A”, followed by 10 digits. Example: K1434005464 or A14276485443.

Don't have a reference number yet? Then enter the IBAN you used to make the payment as the payment reference. This will allow us to assign it to your account.

To enable us to automatically assign your payment to the appropriate claim and close the matter quickly, please transfer the amount from the account from which the original payment should have been debited.
