We notify you via a 1-Cent credit, including all key details in the payment reference.

2. Data inquiry

If you do not respond, as a debt-collection agency we are permitted to request your contact details from your bank.

3. You will receive mail

You will receive an official letter with all the details of the claim and our contact information.

4. Payment & completion

Simply transfer the outstanding amount – quickly, transparently and hassle-free.
